Everything was fine and met every demand. We enjoyed the hotel, it was wonderful and had stunning location next to the central area, and train line. The staff was especially helpful and responsive to what we asked for...

The time I spent there was really really nice! The room was spotless, and modern, with a private safe, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The staff were amiable, stunning location stunning on a jungle. Moreover, it was really close to all the bars in the middle of Ella and centre & trains/bus and Sri Lanka. The food I tried was great and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

The location was quiet and perfect, near the central area, the valley, and Ella Rock, and the room was brand-new.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the room has a modern design and fantastic views.

The hosts were extremely supportive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of Ella rock and little Adams Peak. The location was quiet and serene, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation in Ella. The room was spotless and cozy, with a stunning view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure our needs were met. The breakfast served was outstanding, the best one we had throughout our trip. I highly recommend staying here, and in fact, we loved it so much that we extended our stay.

The location of this guesthouse was absolutely breathtaking - nestled along waterfall road, with stunning views of Little Adams peak and Ella Rock. The owner's brother went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even running to meet us with umbrellas in the rain. The breakfasts were huge and delicious, served with a refreshing smoothie and choice of tea or coffee. We were lucky enough to spot monkeys swinging from the trees during our sunny morning. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we were okay and arranging transportation when needed. It was the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka - clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast with a view was simply awesome. The hospitality in this place was perfect, and we can't recommend it enough!

The shower water in the bathroom can make the floor a bit slippery.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, offering tips, arranging PCR tests and taxis, and providing delicious breakfasts and dinners. The host's son made the stay even more special with their attentiveness. The view from the private veranda was amazing, allowing guests to see Ella rock.

The location of the guesthouse required a tiring uphill walk to reach the central area, which could be challenging for some guests. the variety of the breakfast was limited, lacking in options for those with specific dietary requirements.

Continental and Asian Breakfast:

Steep walk to town: The uphill walk to the town can be a good workout, but for those with less enthusiasm for exercise, it may feel like hiking Mount Everest.

The rooms at V@Ella Guesthouse are just fantastic! Our double room had a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. It made us feel like we were in our own little paradise. And the private entrance and seating area added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tumble dryer in our room. But hey, that's just me!
